During a conversation between Tony and Jeffrey, more events regarding the past of the group start to emerge: The accident that obliged Tony to stay away from the camera for seven years and his badly-ended relationship with Liz. Although, thanks to the magic of Cinema, all these characters will interpret a group of affectionate friends having a picnic among olive trees. This is a new scene of the “film inside the film”, settled in the torrid summer of 1941.
